OMGoodGolly...Sorry for the unnotified hietus~ D:

(Since this post is longer than usual, I give you a warning~ please excuse any bad grammar/spelling in any of my blog posts. I blame no one but myself for slacking off in school...since first grade...) o_o;;;;;

How are you all doing?? Are you doing well on your diet?

I apologize dearly to those who follow my blog~ School sucked me into a large vortex and almost took my social life. Yea...
Since I am back from near death, I'll pick up this blog from where I started. As a token of apology, I'll share with you an art project I finished for this past semester!! (Defeat evil cupcakes!!! xD ~~ )

 (btw, I'm an amateur mangaka... ^^;; )
(~~Ironically, I am currently an Art History Major. I have an abusive love/hate relationship with Academia.)

SO. I have a good number of things to talk about, but not too much~

After an exasperating semester at school, I can finally be able to focus on my diet.

If there is any information I can recommend to dieters, that would be to count calories. I've just discovered the reason why I am not 'healthy' is because I overeat unconsciously by guessing how many calories would be in a latte...muffin...banana...anything that would look- eh, "healthy" (for that matter, my step-mother's tempestuous dinners...yummy eggplant parmesan).

You must count! What I've done is taking a note of each food item I eat in a day and count, subtracting from how many calories you have to spend in a day. My usual calorie number is 1200~ I try to keep to that number or stick with it under it by 50 calories+/-

Also, its best to be apart of an online diet plan. I am blessed to have an iPhone with me so I can log my food easily.

I'm currently active on myfitnesspal.com
(http://www.myfitnesspal.com/faithess)
I enjoy the site better than sparkpeople.com, especially if you have a smart phone! The app is awesome!

I took up the recommendation of using the elliptical for exercise and...I love it!

I lost about a 1 pant size since starting last week~  *^*
 I'm so excited!!
Later this summer, I plan on going to Chicago to visit the Art Institute Museum. I hope to be able to wear a Baby dress for the trip~~
I created an Elliptical Lolita Playlist: (please use it if you can find the music!!)
1. Some Day My Prince Will Come (House Disney)
2. Just Be Friends (Dixie Flatline)
3. Summer of Love (Gekkan Probowler - Eretro)
4. Sugarless GiRL (Capsule)
5. Sugarboo (Serani Poji)
6. The Robot's Happiness (Serani Poji)
7. Stars (SAWA)
8. Sweet Donuts (PERFUME) x'D
9. C'Mon Boy (Shiho Fujisawa - Funky Girl)
10. Darkness Rabbit (Cultemonikha)

Sooooooo~ What's you're exercise playlist?

I just LOVE the new Versailles collection BtSSB~~  *^*  (It gives more incentive that the Rococo and Lolita culture are connected~ Yay!  )

See you next week~!! Maybe I'll go down one more pant size before too long...hmm.
Good luck with you're dietness~
