Weekish 3: Exercice those cupcakes off!!

...at least, when i get those cupcakes off my waist I'll be able to eat them (moderately of course, dears) with a pretty dress~  (*////^//// *)

A couple nights ago, I finally got my dad to watch Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland and he is usually a critic with the movies I like but... he seemed to have really liked it. I kept mentioning about Alice's dresses while watching the movie, ogling on how much I'd love to wear them. Dad turned to me and ask why I don't now. He then asked about the dresses on BabyTSSB and how he'd love to see me wearing those dresses than what I usually wear to church on Sunday...  xD  It's silly, but I take it as a green light from my family to pursue the Lolita style...

Anyways, I was worried at first, but I've been sticking to the weight I've lost but no significant progression yet. I lost a half an inch off my waist so that's a start...


I've been researching exsercise videos this week with great success and I just started my routine of two hours before bed, taking the time to lay out on my mat and turn the music on while watching the videos~

I also do a bit of Yoga right before I sleep so that the stress of the day (even on the days I don't have time for exercise) is stretched out and It feels soooo~ good!  try it out!  I drink Easy Now: Herbal Remedies tea before bed to sooth my stomach if its ache-y...  T^T

Week 2: a hopeful beginning...

My first week's worth of dieting is showing some potential.

I've limited my eating to 1200-1600 calories a day and I lose .5-.3 pounds the next morning. I still fluctuate with my weight, but i haven't seen my starting weight since welll...last week. A very good sign!

Pounds lost since last blog: 5-6 pounds

But.

My focus isn't on pounds, its really about waist and bust size. o_O Since my goal is to fit into a medium (and unfortunately the dress I liked from the last blog is sold out. T^T ) , I'll be working out more to flatten mah stomach!! D:

Medium bust size for BTSSB : 33.85~37inch
MY bust size............................. 39-inch
Medium waist size for BTSSB: 29.92~33.07inch
MY waist size............................ 34-inch

SO!!

Push-ups? (any suggestions?) Sit ups? Crunches? Side Bends? Torso Twists????

The initial plan is to get back to my previous weight (15 more pounds to lose) and perhaps lower? (10+ to lose ? ) that is, for my ideal weight.

Oh, Baby's dresses are expensive, so I decided to give my self a worth of 10dollers to every pound I lose.
In concern with a 300$ dress?
30 pounds to loose! :D (I'd love that!)

My current eating diet:
oatmeal in the morning with 15 almonds and 50calories worth of cranberries (yummie...)
Nature's Valley oats and honey bars
A Kashi TLC bar (uber yummie!!)
and a 300-500 cal meal. Sometimes I eat, sometimes I just eat another Kashi bar...

Concerning excersise? (a laughable answer.) ...I took the stairs all of last week.
How I can do better? Crunches? Side Twists? TORSO TWISTS????? (I think I'm beginning to see my own point. -_-;; or perhaps I'm seeing my own insanity.
Besides that, I'm sure problem solving for Psych homework helps with the calorie burning...

Day 1: Morning venture...


Hello! First day on my Lolita Diet blog.
My name is Faith and I call myself a conceptual lolita... ehh, I'm a lolita in my brain, but not the way I dress.

Why am I not a lolita altogether? Well, its because of my lifestyle. I'm in college so i study more then I take care of myself. Also, I love sweets. I need to let go of my cravings and stick to the goal...wear pretty dresses!

I'll keep these blogs short and sweet (guuuh~ T^T my precious sweets).

I'll go by a formula; What I ate, What am I doing (for exercise), and what's inspireing me...



What I ate (this morning):
Oatmeal (no sugar) with dried cranberries and crushed walnuts.

Coffee with a splash of cold soy milk

Calm tea and water

What am I doing:
Today Is not over...i'll get back to you on that one.
